Hypo-Sniffing Ghosts?

Dude - I am freaking out! NONONONO! You need to have someone come over and communicate with it so that you can have a friendly relationship in the shared space....!!!!!!
Get some of the guys from college who have experience with this sort of thing. You could train it to clean floors, remodel the kitchen and mow the lawn.
