Carry the meter in your pants pocket (front one) to keep it warm. That number could be 84, not that this makes a big difference. But if the hundreds segments were winking off then who knows.
Dam diabetes for meters that don't work well in the cold.

Diabetes stopped working in winnipeg the past 4 weeks here in winnipeg. All the diabetics were 00 for most of the winter. Juice and honey sales skyrocketed!
